Justice at last

Former Minister Sukhram was sentenced to 3 years prison for ammassing Rs.4.25 crores as illegal assets at the age of 83 years. The case started in 1996 when Mr.sukhram was about 71 years. This sentence was given by a special CBI court and Mr.Sukhram can appeal against this verdict at highcourt and if highcourt also gives a similar sentence, he can still appeal at Apex court. During all this 13 years he has enjoyed his life and supposing Apex court sentences him for 3 years prison at the age of 100(assuming he is alive till then), how can you call this as justice. We read that "Delay is the deadlist form of Denial". Is CBI court short of staff?Definitely india has many lawyers trying to make ends meet,CBI could have recruited them on a contract basis. It took four years for CBI court to Record evidences from 64 witnesses. With due respects,I feel Indian judiciary system needs to be put on track. All politicians are making mockery of the law. In a recent case an MLA from Karnataka was arrested by police and was sent for examination by doctors. The doctors have conducted tests and said that everything is NORMAL and yet they would put him in hospital for observation. Is it not a ploy to save him from spending the weekend at jail. So how to save indian judiciary system?.
